As a key member of executive teams at Woodbury Financial, Advisor Group, and Osaic, Scott has played a pivotal role in accelerating recruiting, maximizing retention, and identifying new market opportunities to ensure long-term, sustainable success. ​

With a robust background in Financial Services, Scott has a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive recruiting and growth strategies that seamlessly integrate marketing, sales, product innovation, and client experience. His leadership in these areas has consistently positioned organizations for scalable growth, even in highly competitive environments. ​

Before forming SCL Consulting LLC, Scott served as Senior Vice President at Osaic, where his strategic initiatives significantly contributed to the company’s growth and positioning in the industry. Scott’s ability to align recruiting goals with overarching business objectives has been a hallmark of his career, making him a trusted leader in the field. ​

In addition to his professional endeavors, he is deeply committed to supporting the addiction recovery community and is an active member of local initiatives. Scott is also a proud volleyball dad, a passionate musician, a Tae Kwon Do black belt and Jiu Jitsu practitioner (it’s a life-long journey). ​ He resides in Woodbury, MN with his wife Ivette, daughter Abby, dog Jewel, and turtle Chippy. Outside of work, Scott enjoys engaging in his hobbies, supporting his family’s activities, and continually challenging himself through martial arts.

Dylan is a recent graduate of Colorado State University who has recently made the move to Austin, Texas. A passionate sports enthusiast, he’s an avid fan of soccer and football, and enjoys skiing and staying active through a variety of outdoor activities. Dylan embraces new challenges and is always looking for opportunities to grow—both personally and professionally. He brings enthusiasm, focus, and a strong growth mindset to everything he takes on, and we’re excited to have him on board.
